License Key Delivery Process
When a customer makes a purchase, we manually issue a unique license key, which is sent to their email within a few hours. This manual process enables us to thoroughly review each transaction and ensures that the customer fully agrees with the product they are purchasing. Once the license key is delivered, the customer gains access to the software, finalizing the transaction.
Due to the digital nature of software products, once a license key is delivered, it cannot be revoked, retracted, or invalidated. Unlike physical goods, digital software products cannot be “returned” or resold once activated. The software license is permanently associated with the customer, making the transaction non-reversible.
Manual Installation and Refund Limitations
In addition to license key delivery, software often requires manual installation and activation, making refunds even more complex. Once the product is installed and activated, it cannot be reused or reassigned to another customer. Because digital software activation is a one-time, irreversible process, we are unable to provide refunds once the license key has been delivered and used.
However, in exceptional cases where a refund is granted, the process may take 4-5 business days.
